7th Grade DC Trip**

Recently, the seventh graders went to Washington DC. They visited many places, like the Capitol Building and Luray Caverns.
They also went to many of the famous memorials in DC. They included the Vietnam Memorial, the WWII Memorial, and the Jefferson Memorial. The trip wasn't even all about learning, they got the chance to attend an Oriels game!
Another part the DC trip was going to the Library of Congress. They also visited the National Archives to view the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution. They even saw the White House. Although they did not see Mr. President Obama himself, the 7th graders did see his motorcade along with Vice- President Biden.
