The Pacific Rim is a very nice restaurant. They opened in 2001. The restaurant was owned by a company called kana. Kana means “fish and bread” in Korean. It has a fantastic front of the house. The service was great. After every course, the waiter cleaned our table! The restaurant had nice music playing and was very fancy. The food was great and I recommend the Japanese-Style Sable fish, but the Five-Spice Duck was a little undercooked. There weren't very many kids' drinks, but the lemonade was good. The head chef turned out to be the owner. All in al,l I give The Pacific Rim five stars.
